Creation and deployment of Temkin Group LMS system and e-Learning modules  

At Temkin Group, we created an online e-learning platform and tool to be able to affect more individuals through our trainings in customer-centric culture and customer experience foundations. We started from scratch, which included designing and building our own LMS, and creating multiple learning journey modules and quizzes.

The experience

The goal was to create an effective online learning platform that organizations would be able to use for company-wide training. We had to transform our research into short, 30-minute modules that would fit into an employee’s workday, or that could be used during workshops or onboarding. Having never before participated in designing an online learning system, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. What I did learn was that behind every big project are hundreds of iterations of all of the components of the project. I was able to take on roles in the creation and development of the learning modules and the overall platform – both in concept and content. I was tasked with creating a training manual for companies on how to use the modules on their own LMS or how use our platform by setting up the user and administration portals, along with step-by-step instructions for various functions and FAQs.
